The Discovery Pharmacy serves the University of Toronto faculty, staff, and students and their dependents. To receive service with the Discovery Pharmacy, you must be a member of the U of T community.
Appointments
Appointments allow your care team to dedicate time to provide you with individualized care. Virtual, phone, and in-person appointments are available every day during regular business hours.
If you need assistance with re-scheduling, are running late or have a question about your appointment, call us at 416-946-5054 or email us at discovery.pharmacy@utoronto.ca.
Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an email or text message notification from Telus PharmaConnect confirming your appointment.

Meet with the Pharmacist
During your appointment time, the pharmacist will get to know you, your health, and your medication needs. Bring any questions that you may have about your health and your medications. You can meet with the pharmacist:
Virtually
A virtual link will be sent to the email that you used when booking your appointment.
Phone
A member of our Care Team on duty will call you at the appointment time.
In-person:
Arrive at Discovery Pharmacy at your scheduled appointment time. Click here for directions
Get your medications
You will receive a text message notification when your medications are ready. There will be a link to schedule a pick-up time.
We accept most private and drug coverage plans.

All our services begin with an appointment. While you are welcome to walk-in, having an appointment will ensure that you have dedicated time to address your needs. Virtual care is always available.

Please also ensure you bring one piece of government issued photo ID. Acceptable ID include:
