The Electronic Asthma Management System (eAMS-Pharm) makes it simple to get reliable and complete guidance right here on campus. At Discovery Pharmacy, our goal is to help you achieve better control over your respiratory health.

By participating in our pharmacist-led asthma program, you gain:
Confidence in Your Care: Know how and when to use your inhalers maximize effectiveness.
A Plan for Self-Management: Receive a personalized Asthma Action Plan to help reduce symptoms, decrease urgent care visits, and improve overall quality of life. We provide information on how to keep your asthma under control and how to adjust your medications to manage flare-ups safely.
Collaboration with your healthcare team: We can work with your doctors to ensure your entire healthcare team is informed.
How it Works:
We use the Electronic Asthma Management System (eAMS-Pharm) to make it easy for you to get a professional review:
Check Your Status: Take a 5-minute online questionnaire to analyze your current symptoms and medication use.
Consult with our pharmacy team: Meet with our team, in-person or online, to review your results and make sure you’re using your inhaler correctly.
Collaborative Care: If you choose, we can share recommendations with your doctor to make sure your prescription therapy is right for you.
What Can I Expect?
No Referral or Fee: This program is free, and you do not need a doctor’s referral to participate.
Flexible Appointments: Meet with us in-person or online, whatever works best for your schedule.
Coordinated Care: With your consent, we can share your results and action plan with your doctor to keep your whole healthcare team informed.
